Anti bullying Week 2014 was coordinated by the Anti-Bullying Alliance and was held on the 17th to 21st November with the theme 'let's stop bullying for all'. As it is Bullying UK's 15th anniversary year, we had lots of plans to raise awareness this year. Anti bullying Week 2014 focused on children and young people who have a disability and/or special educational needs who are bullied at school.
Anti bullying week is a great way to get involved, take a stand against bullying and raise awareness in your school, colllege or organisation. Bullying doesn't just affect children but adults too.
We have produced a great anti bullying week fundraising pack that includes ideas for ways you can raise money to support those experiencing bullying. Fundraising during Anti-Bullying Week is a great opportunity to get your school to promote positive messages about anti-bullying, raise awareness of how your school protects children from bullying, raise funds for Bullying UK and have fun at the same time. Download the Bullying UK Fundraising Pack. We’re sure that there’s something here for everyone, but you can always come up with your own fundraising idea too. If you are planning an event at your school for Anti Bullying Week 2014, why not let us know. Send us an email.

We are currently running a national bullying survey to provide us with in-depth information on bullying and how it affects children, young people, parents, carers and teachers. We are looking to run these surveys for a few months so we can get as many responses as we can and get a picture of how bullying truly affects our society and the people in it. We would be grateful if you could fill our survey out. We have separated the surveys into three areas for parents and carers, children and young people and teachers and schools. Please click here to access the surveys.
Why not watch our fantastic interactive video all about bullying. It was created by Ambient Night Productions a theatre company with assistance from Benjamin France. You can download our discussion pack with questions to ask students as you watch the video.
