Hello everyone.
I wanted to write a short post on
Social Median a social news site where people post news or stories they find interesting.
Looking at our access logs over the last few days we have seen a number of new visitors coming in from
Social Median, hello and welcome by the way.
So i thought lets reveal a bit about this group of social news visitors:
In the last three day period 12 users from
Social Median came to our site, OK so its not a lot but they are a new site and we welcome everyone who discovers our unique service.
What more interesting is:Time on site
3:32 m/s - This is amazing and up their with our top referrers from some of the worlds biggest websites, Social Median users don't just read the page they land on they want to learn and explore more.
On average a visitor from Social Median reads
3.92 pages of
Bullying UK content, again comparatively high although
BBC.co.uk is still king at over 5 page views per users on average.
This is just a quick look at very early visitor numbers , I'm always fascinated when people discover our service through new methods it shows that the continued evolution of the web will liberate users from the ridged structure of search empower the wisdom of the crowds to support each others quest for knowledge.

Want to help us?
Bullying UK needs your help. By helping us raise funds, you can make a difference to the many thousands of people affected by bullying. As the UK's top anti-bullying charity website, we offer information and advice to victims as well as their families, when they need it most. With the help of your money, our work can go a lot further.
Many of the young people affected by bullying believe they have nowhere else to turn; they are scared to speak out and often blame themselves. Here at Bullying UK, we aim to change this by providing a service which will enable victims of bullying to break their silence, assure them that there are ways to stop the bullying and then offer them the help they need to find it. Even the smallest donation can help our cause, so please donate what you can.
There are so many different ways to participate, please visit our fundraising ideas page for lots of entertaining ways to raise money to help the victims of bullying through events at your school, office or youth organisation. We can also provide you with posters and sponsorship forms for your event to help generate support.
