A travel agent has been sacked for making an insulting remark about a colleague on Facebook.
The employee, from Coventry, claimed her colleague was bullying her.
She was sacked by the TUI Travel call centre after one of her Facebook friends alerted the firm to her posting on the internet.

Teenage mums are being forced out of education according to charity Barnardo.
The charity claims that 70 per cent of teenage mothers are not in education, employment or training and are facing a life of poverty and disadvantage.
It also said that young mums were more likely to face bullying and to truant from school.

Teenagers who are bad tempered at school may be short of sleep, say researchers.
Some are getting as little as four hours sleep a night because they're watching TV, surfing the internet or playing on games consoles in their rooms.
Charity Sleep Scotland says that teenagers should aim for nine hours a night and that getting more rest can improve academic performance.

Special needs and disabled pupils in Northern Ireland are experiencing high levels of bullying.
More than 900 pupils took part in the survey and reported that physical bullying and being left out was a problem for younger children while older people had possessions stolen from them or lies told about them.
The survey was carried out in 145 primary schools across the province.

A change of catchment areas has meant that 24 children in one Berkshire village have not been given secondary school places for September.
Some parents have been turned down for all three of their preferred school choices after more parents in South Buckinghamshire applied for places in Cookham.
Some parents are planning to appeal while others are considering schools further afield or calling for extra classrooms to be added to the most popular schools.
