Advice

Bullying UK does not endorse any of the websites we provide as links.

They are included for information and readers are advised to check carefully before taking any advice from them. If any of these sites are linked to others which you consider unsuitable for family viewing please let us know.

We are no longer carrying links to any websites where teenagers give advice following an investigation which has shown some of it is poor quality and could be harmful.

Neither do we provide any links to websites with forums on self harm for the same reason.

Our links include separate sections for those police forces/councils/ newspapers which are supporting this charity's work by including a link to us on their websites. There are now 110 local councils and 21 UK police forces linked to our site.

More links can be found in each advice section. We're sorry that due to the number of organisations asking us to link to them we are not including any new links at the moment.

SAMARITANS: If you're being bullied and feel you can't cope any longer and want to speak to someone about it then contact Samaritans. The National Missing Persons Runaway Helpline - 0808800 7070 or www.runawayhelpline.org.uk . This is a confidential freefone helpline for anyone aged 17 or under who has run away or been forced to leave home or care.

Many local councils in the UK also have drop-in centres or youth services with counsellors who can help with a variety of problems.

Contact us on help@bullying.co.uk to alert us to any concerns you have about websites on our list.
