Anti bullying Week 2020 was held between the 16th and 20th November and organised by Anti-Bullying Alliance. The theme was 'United Against Bullying'.
As you know the effects of bullying can have a massive impact on all individuals, whether that is at school, work, college or socially. Anti bullying week is a great way to get involved, take a stand against bullying and raise awareness in your school, colllege or organisation. Bullying doesn't just affect children but adults too
We would like to get your school or workplace involved and help raise money for Bullying UK so that we can continue supporting people affected by bullying. No matter how big or small, your donation and support makes a huge difference for those affected by bullying.
We understand how bullying can affect emotional health. This year we are focusing our wear blue campaign to help boost emotional wellbeing. We are asking schools, workplaces and local communities to get involved and wear blue. This will help boost the wellbeing of those who have experienced bullying to minimise isolation and lift self-esteem. Help us, show support and get involved in #WearBlue4Wellbeing.
Please feel free to use any of our anti-bullying week resources, which include downloadable posters, flash cards, debate activity, comic strips and problem pages to use in the classroom. We also have presentations, interactive anti-bullying videos, posters and more. For the younger crowd we have superhero masks that they can decorate. All of our resources are free of charge to download.
We have a range of posters available for anti bullying week, whether it is for school, a workplace or at home, we have plenty to choose from. Click here to view our posters that are all free to download.
Anti-bullying videos are a great way of having conversations on how to spot and tackle bullying. They can provide invaluable advice and support. We have a range of videos that have been made for us by young people across the country.
We would love to see your pictures of your Wear Blue Day, fundraising events or wearing our amazing wristbands, so please connect with us on social media using #stopbullying and connect with us on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram using @BullyingUK.
