Bullying can make you feel isolated, worthless and lonely. As hard as it can be to imagine, though, you're not alone. Reading, listening to or watching others share their experiences can be a powerful way to remember that even if you feel like no-one else understands what you're going through, others have gone through it too.

Sharing your story can encourage anyone experiencing bullying to reach out, help tackle myths and bust the stigma around bullying. It doesn't matter whether you're a young person, parent, at work or at university, we're listening, and we'd love to hear your stories. Read our guidelines below on how to get started writing a blog, or filming a vlog, for us. We'll share your stories on our site and across our social media.
